DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation works to reduce food insecurity and strengthen food security by ensuring consistent access to nutritious, culturally appropriate food for individuals and families experiencing economic and social barriers across our community (Refugees, Immigrants, Seniors, Youth, Person with Disabilities, supporting the well-being of vulnerable individuals and low income families).
• Issue: Rising food insecurity among low-income households, seniors, newcomers, and marginalized populations
• Response: Community-based food security interventions
• Outcome: Improved access to nutritious food, reduced hunger, enhanced community well-being

DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation delivers community-based food security programs designed to meet the immediate and long-term nutritional needs of individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Our services include emergency food distribution, culturally responsive food drives, and partnerships with local food providers to ensure consistent access to healthy food.
